Week 23 DLP & Pl

I am going to do this quick and short for all of the catching up of my DLP and PL I have to post on here (my blog).

DLP - the challenge was your gratitude of the week. 

Playing around with pretties.

Today I decided I would play around with a wood decoration I bought on the weekend for a new Facebook Profile pic for Lydia's Crafty Room. Here is what I created. (It is still sitting on my desk all pretty still because I don't want to pack it up because it is so pretty)

New Craft Desk

This weeks what a big weekend. Saturday we took a trip to Masters (hard ware shop) to find materials for a new bigger and better craft desk.  Sunday was a building day with my dad building my desk and myself painting shelves for a shelving for my albums and papers. I worked out the colours I wanted for my craft storage and for the rest of my room (hot pink, sky blue & white). Here are some pics of my New desk that I absortlutly love.

Week 22 DLP and Pl

This weeks DLP was to make a house. I did one of my mixed media houses.

This week DLP was to do stitching. So I stitched a border.

The Scrappery Cyber Crop

This week I have been making a few layouts to enter in a cyber crop on Facebook. I really enjoyed doing challenges. 

The first challenge was a sketch. 

The second challenge was to use a mood board of colours selected. 

The third challenge was to use wood. 

Jot holiday mood board.

This holidays Jot Magizine gave a mood board out for kids aged 4-12. The colours were pastels.
